Congratulations to founding partners Matthew Greenstein and Jacob B. Sellers. Thomson Reuters selected both to be named on the Minnesota Super Lawyers list for 2023. The selection process involves peer nominations and evaluations combined with independent research. These annual national awards go to a maximum of 5% of nominated attorneys from each state.
Matt has been named to several Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the past, an honor for attorneys who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of attorneys are named on the Rising Stars list. The Super Lawyer award recognizes Matt’s devotion to providing extremely knowledgeable guidance and counsel for his real estate, property management and common interest community (homeowner association) clients throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Matt also handles creditors’ remedies, general business law and civil litigation.
Jacob is a seasoned litigator representing businesses ranging from Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietors before state and federal courts. He often handles complex litigation with high-risk, high-reward disputes that affect manufacturers, service providers and financial institutions. His background includes 12 years in large corporate law. The Super Lawyers award reflects the quality of his “big-firm work product” within our firm’s smaller and more agile format. Jacob also serves as outside general counsel and a strategic advisor.
