Biography
Randy is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota and brings more than 40 years of experience in creditor remedies and bankruptcy law. Appointed as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in 1998, he has administered more than 15,000 bankruptcy cases.
Randy specializes in the recovery of assets for clients, including bankruptcy estates, and focuses his practice on complex litigation in the United States Bankruptcy Courts. He has managed numerous high-stakes cases involving fraud and asset tracing, including nationally recognized matters such as the Dennis Hecker and Petters Capital bankruptcies. As Trustee, he has served as plaintiff in hundreds of adversary proceedings, pursuing recoveries for the benefit of creditors and bankruptcy estates.
