Charles Crawford

Charles is an attorney with experience in both litigation and transactional matters. His practice is focused on business law with clients big and small, real estate, and general corporate matters. He takes a no-nonsense approach to his work to make the law approachable and straightforward as possible. Charles understands how his clients often need customized solutions and has worked with clients at many stages, such as including corporate and non-profit entity formation, contract drafting, negotiations and management, litigating contractual disputes, and advocating in court.

Prior to joining Greenstein Sellers, Charles received invaluable experience with local firms and in solo practice, advising numerous local companies in varying industries, and litigating in various district courts in Minnesota. Charles prides himself on taking the client’s goals in mind to craft the strategy behind any case he takes.

When not at the office, Charles can be found hiking with his dog, finding something to repair on a car, or enjoy time enjoying nature. He is also involved as a supervising attorney with the Minnesota Business Law Clinic where he enjoys helping law students learn the legal profession.
