Biography
Mihajlo is an attorney whose practice has focused on litigation of all shapes and sizes. Prior to joining Greenstein Sellers, Mihajlo was an associate attorney at a boutique general practice firm, giving him invaluable experience in adapting to and transitioning between numerous fields of law. This practice has included litigating cases before district court judges across the state as well as in the federal arena. Given the often high-stakes consequences of his cases, Mihajlo excels at working closely with his clients to achieve optimal results while limiting cost and stress.
Mihajlo has also served as general counsel to a record label and artist management firm, advising on business decisions while overseeing licensing, contracting, and protection of intellectual property. To that end, Mihajlo has several publications regarding the challenges of protecting intellectual property in the modern age and has advocated on behalf of music rights holders.
Away from the office, Mihajlo enjoys playing hockey and tennis, as well as taking trips out west to ski the biggest mountain he can find. He is also involved in coaching high school moot court teams and enjoys helping introduce younger people to the legal profession.
