Biography

Peter is a dedicated advocate and counselor with extensive experience navigating the complexities of creditor’s remedies and real estate litigation. He is equally comfortable collaborating with in-house legal teams at Fortune 100 financial institutions as he is advising property owners, homeowners associations, and family-owned businesses.

Before joining Greenstein Sellers, Peter represented investors and mortgage services at a prominent East Coast firm. A Midwesterner at heart, he returned to his roots to bring that experience back home. Peter excels at managing the fast-paced rhythms of high-stakes litigation, yet he remains deeply attuned to the needs of small businesses and individuals seeking a discreet and efficient resolution to their legal challenges.

Peter’s versatile background ranges from advising insurers on complex injury claims and subrogation litigation to advising management on employment discrimination and succession planning. His early career featured work with the Innocence Project, where he participated in the trials and tribulations of criminal litigation—an experience that honed his commitment to justice and detail.

Today, Peter delivers clear, actionable counsel that balances rigorous compliance with his clients' commercial objectives. By leveraging emerging legal technology, he streamlines the civil process to produce the efficient and lasting results his clients expect.

Outside of the office, Peter is often training for cross-country ski races and triathlons, chasing his kids, or cooking over a campfire.
