Biography
Ben is a detail-oriented and pragmatic attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, banking, creditor remedies, and real estate. He represents financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation and transactional matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Ben spent the first years of his career focused on litigating products liability and catastrophic injury cases in federal and state courts around the country, gaining extensive experience in every phase of the litigation process. Ben was personally involved in some of the largest medical device and pharmaceutical cases in the country’s history prior to joining the firm. Most recently, Ben worked in-house at a Silicon Valley-based startup company focused on supporting Fortune-50 companies on employment matters. As such, Ben brings a diverse and valuable set of skills to the Greenstein Sellers team.
Ben takes a strategic and hands-on approach to resolving disputes, offering thoughtful counsel throughout the litigation process while also advising clients on broader business and operational concerns. He is committed to the relentless pursuit of the best possible outcome for all of his clients. Due to his diverse and pointed experience, Ben is able to provide practical advice before litigation arises, as well as expertise at every stage of the process if and when litigation does ensue.
As a lifelong Minnesotan, Ben is an active member of the local Twin Cities community and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and growing family.
